About Andrew Wong's voice
English chef specializing in Chinese cuisine who has gained through his restaurants, A. Wang in London and Baoshuan in New Delhi. One of the factors that sets his cooking apart is that he has studied with chefs cooking in kitchens located along all of China's fourteen borders, resulting in a diverse palate of flavors and techniques to work with and merge. He joined the SOAS Food Studies Centre of the SOAS University of London as a research associate in May 2020.
