cvoice.ai provides an AI-powered text-to-speech platform that allows users to generate audio using character voices. The Service includes both free and paid tiers, with varying levels of access to features and voice generation limits.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by cvoice.ai and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Audio generated through the Service is provided for personal and non-commercial use unless you have a paid subscription that grants broader usage rights. You may not claim ownership of the underlying AI models or voice data.
6. Payment & Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method at the applicable rate. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as described in our refund policy.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, cvoice.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
9. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on this page. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
