How do I create an account? +
Click the "Sign In" button in the top-right corner and follow the prompts. You can sign up using your email or a social account.
Can I change my email address? +
Currently, email changes are not self-service. Please contact us at support@cvoice.ai and we'll update it for you.
How do I delete my account? +
Send a request to support@cvoice.ai from the email associated with your account and we'll process the deletion within 48 hours.
Voice Generation
How many voices can I generate for free? +
Free accounts receive a limited number of daily generations. Upgrade to Pro for unlimited voice generations.
What languages are supported? +
Our AI voices support multiple languages. While results are best in the character's native language, you can input text in many languages.
Can I download the generated audio? +
Yes. After generating a voice, you can download the audio file directly from the player.
Why does the voice not sound exactly like the character? +
AI voice synthesis is an approximation. Quality varies by character depending on training data availability. We're constantly improving our models.
Billing & Subscription
What does the Pro plan include? +
Pro gives you unlimited voice generations, priority processing, and access to all premium voices. Visit our Pricing page for full details.
How do I cancel my subscription? +
Go to the Billing page from your account menu. You can manage or cancel your subscription through the Stripe customer portal.
Do you offer refunds? +
We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@cvoice.ai within 7 days of your purchase and we'll review your request.
Technical Issues
Voice generation is stuck or failed. What should I do? +
Try refreshing the page and generating again. If the issue persists, clear your browser cache or try a different browser. Contact us if the problem continues.
The site is slow or not loading properly. +
Ensure you have a stable internet connection. Try clearing your browser cache. If the issue persists, it may be a temporary server issue — please try again later.
