About Pierluigi Collina's voice
Retired soccer referee who became the Head of Referees for the Football Federation of Ukraine in 2010. He was one of the most highly thought-of referees of his era, winning FIFA's Best Referee of the Year award six straight years. He announced his retirement in 2005.
